For mentees

Looking for direction? A mentor can help you navigate certifications and career paths, review a resume, prepare for interviews, or simply answer the questions you did not know who to ask. You do not need to be a student — career-changers and the self-taught are very welcome.

For mentors

If you have been in the field for a while, your experience is worth more than you think. Mentoring is a low-commitment, high-impact way to give back — share what you know, encourage someone starting out, and help grow the community that grew you.

How it works

• Meet up at the event, online, or both — whatever suits you
